RSVP In Style: A Comprehensive Invitation Experience Giveaway and Review~ 2/16
Momma Told Me: .....if Mom survives the party planning.....
As a child few events are more momentous than that celebrating one's self (ie: birthday, communion, graduation, etc). Sure, Christmas is a great time for gifts and food, and Halloween brings lots of candy- but nothing compares to a bash thrown in your honor; where all the gifts are for you, and everything is done to your liking. Remember how realistic the fantasy of having your own petting zoo was? Or just how amazing it was the first time you saw a photo printed on the icing of a cake? It seems to me that the very day after my birthday party each year, I'd start planning the next one; "Remember how awesome it was when the confetti came out of the pinata? Next year, maybe everyone can have their own pinatas and we can put money in them!!!!" I'd enthusiastically ramble as Momma made her best effort to tune me out, in hopes of recovery.
Let's face it, parties are meant to be personal, and personal means complicated, right? There are people to invite, catering costs to plan, entertainment to hire, and dates to schedule. And often the person being celebrated is not the one planning, despite the bash involving all of their personal friends and family. It can be a stressful nightmare, instead of the fun social experience it should be. It's with this in mind that RSVP In Style, a 12 year paper based company, was launched, online. Their successful fusion of style and function has impressively translated the beauty of printed invitations and announcements to the modern convenience of digital scheduling and RSVP.
RSVP In Style offers a myriad of fun to classy collections such as the colorful Paper Taffy selection, or the graphically pleasing Putnam Prints (Putnam House) Collection. Shoppers can customize their paper, or digital, transmitted invitations for event, theme, and venue with an easy to use step-by-step guide. Customize text and photos, select a paper free or paper based RSVP system, select any desired envelopes, and manage your event online with the easy to use RSVP In Style Event Management System. Contact and allow your guests to respond via SMS, Social Media Sites (such as Facebook), through the provided Event Page, and more! Your personalized event page is the perfect way to communicate any time changes, venue locations (and Map instructions), dress codes, and even weather updates for a comprehensive party experience that starts long before your bash kick off!
I was sent a package of (10)Happy Trails Pony w/Bandana, Paper Collection, SRV $22.99, die-cut invitations for review here on Momma Told Me. These particular paper invitations are an RSVP In Style Paper Collection exclusive and quite possibly the most adorable invitations I've ever seen, with some minimal assembly required. The package comes in a clear container, with one card pre-assembled, and brief instructions. Each die cut card is cut to the shape of the pony, and meant to bear a small fabric (checkered) bandana, with a moving twine tail. I like that some assembly is required, to allow for easy and safe storage, as well as child participation. So many times children are left out of the inviting process, and I feel it is an integral part of learning to share! It's also just plain fun to dress up these little ponies, great for a cowboy or barn themed bash. Each card includes a matching Red envelope, and access to the RSVP In Style Event Management tools.
RSVP In Style is much more than an invitation specialty retailer; they aim to create comprehensive experience from first click to last 'RSVP'. Take the guesswork out of last minute guests and route planning; communicate your event's information through modern social networking, and even basic email/sms updates. You're never forced to use tools you don't need, but the extras are included, just in case!
