Contest Rules and Entry Guidelines

Contest Terms and Conditions


We here at Momma Told Me enjoy a good contest with our Retro Fun, and we want to ensure every eligible participant is properly informed of the rules and regulations as outlined:

*Contest entry dates will be specified within each giveaway with a designated start time and drawing date, in the following format: Month/Date/Year, 00:00 AM/PM EST. Any entries collected after the drawing cut off will be disqualified automatically. Unless specified otherwise most of the giveaways will begin  at 9:01 PM PST and end at 9:01 PM PST.

*Specified Prize Value will be stated within the Giveaway Instructions, and prizes are to be distributed as outlined, by the sponsor- non-exchangeable for cash or other value.

*Tweets/Facebook Sharing may be done at 4 hour increments for (+2) bonus entries during the entry period, if allowed per the specific giveaway.

*If a winner is drawn that does not meet the MANDATORY requirements for the specific contest they will be automatically disqualified. If an entrant is discovered to be cheating or utilizing multiple accounts their known alias' will be banned from Momma Told Me.

*Winners will be drawn via Random.org. Purchases will in no way increase your odds of winning, and interaction with the brand or blog on Facebook is always voluntary.

*Momma Told Me Sweepstakes/Giveaways/Contests are open to the 48 Continuous United States only, unless specified within the specific giveaway rules. In order to be eligible the winning entrant must own the rights to the provided notification account and be 18 years of age at the time of the winner drawing. Momma Told Me and it's sponsors will not ship prizes to P.O. Boxes, a residential or business address must be furnished at time of notification.

*Winners will be notified on Momma Told Me Blog, and via email- Momma Told Me is not responsible for notifying the winner of their selection. Email notification is done as a courtesy if method of notification is provided at time of entry, Momma Told Me is not responsible for electronic delivery issues, postal error, or otherwise. Winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of drawing or their prize will be forfeited.

*We will do everything we can to coordinate prize distribution as swiftly as possible, but we ask that you allow 4 weeks for Prize delivery before contacting the Social Media Representative: Jenna at woodpress08 (gmail) com. If prize has not arrived within 4 weeks, and the selected winner has not notified the blog owner within 6 weeks for follow up they forfeit their rights to a prize.

*Verified winners may not be eligible to win a prize from THE SAME sponsor more than once in a 180 day entry period. This is classified by household or mailing address provided at time of prize claim.
