Chicken Enchilada Skillet Pasta
Momma Told Me: I know something you don't know.

Can you imagine what a world we'd live in if all of the best old wives tales weren't tales at all, but tested and tried bits of wisdom passed down from one generation to the next? Chances are you have at least one of these gems in your family. For example, my previous tenant used to cut the top of water bottles off and feed a plastic lunch bag through them, then seal the container with the original bottle cap. Instant space saving container for rice, beans, or other dry ingredients! Did you know if you switch your cellphone to airplane mode it will charge up to twice as fast? And, have you ever tried my grandmother's cure for brain freeze- press your tongue securely against the top of your mouth. Whether you call them life hacks, or shortcuts, there's dozens of small hassles every day we tend to overlook with simple solutions.
Pot-Sized Pasta Solution
And now, in a "Why didn't any other pasta company think of this sooner?" revolution, the Anthony's family of pasta brands has introduced a pasta revolution. If you've ever struggles with the dilemma of tossing the ends of your snapped spaghetti, cooking pasta in a pan, or going the 'halfsies' route with small length noodles you know the agony (yes agony) that is thin noodles in standard pots. Unless you have a large family, or run a soup kitchen, odda are standard length spaghetti doesn't fit in your go-to pot. But that's all about to change with Anthony's Pot-Sized varieties of thin noodle pasta. now on shelves in four popular varieties. Pick up over a pound of delicious half-length pasta, and ditch the need to break noodles ever again!
Pot-Sized Pasta
We already use our fair share of the Anthony's range of products in our home, so stocking up on Pot-Sized Thin Spaghetti was a natural course when these ingenious packages began appearing on shelves. Most nights I'm only cooking for 2, and having to split noodles often means a mess of open boxes with broken shards and forgotten pasta that never gets used. Not only are these, more square, boxes easier to store than the classic long and thin spaghetti boxes, but they have a convenient hinge top that efficiently seals the leftover pasta for additional servings. My only hope, now, is that I will be able to find these Pot-Sized noodles in my favorite Hidden Veggie varieties soon!
Scour Wooden Cutting Boards With Coarse Salt and A Lemon To Remove Stains

Seen above, my concept of scouring berry stained cutting boards with coarse salt and a sliced lemon is currently in second place. While I could beg you to vote to push me over the edge, it seems Anthony's has another incentive for you to support me- Every vote you cast, up to once a day, enters you to win a $100 weekly prize, now through March 19, 2014.
