I'm the first to admit that I am not as health motivated as I know I should be; but that doesn't mean that my health, and the health of my family, isn't important to me. It's simply that getting out and training for marathons, or hitting the gym, doesn't come natural. I'm more of a 'snuggle on the couch and indulge in a bowl of Chex-Mix' kind of gal.
