I love color- and I should; seeing as I refer to myself as a living rainbow; if only my mentality were as cherry as my wardrobe, right? But in a sense, that's precisely why I surround myself with vibrant colors and prints. In fact, I'm fascinated by color and the effects they can have on people. Did you know that studies show people who stare at bright colors more than 10 minutes a day often have better odds of absorbing information and at being 'smarter?' Classically, yellow is seen as the cheeriest hue, while red exerts dominance and purple is a sign of controlled power- interesting, right? So what does it say about me when I blend all these strong colors together?

I later found myself bold enough to use the scarf in my everyday accessorizing, and rather love the bold print when used to break up blocks of color in outfits.
